We have put together a team of managers from Fortune 500 companies with corporate executive backgrounds and entrepreneurial-style management. Our team is skilled in areas of finance, planning, design and construction management. The goal was to bring together the skills necessary to get the job done on time and on budget. Each project focuses on the environment, building aesthetics and floor plan functionality.

Our single desire was to expand an established multifamily development company into a nationwide vacation home developer. Compass Homes (formerly Summit Homes Development) was formed to further expand the scope and geographic locations of our vacation home development. Since 1997 Summit Homes Development LLC, our construction wing, has built successful projects for our homeowners, and the community. Our homeowners have enjoyed market value increases as well as rental friendly vacation homes, while enjoying the benefits of living in a resort atmosphere. We take pride in our projects, choosing only the areas "we" would want to live. The surrounding communities have benefited by our sensitivity to designing what's architecturally appropriate for the area accompanied by landscaping that accents the natural environment. From the Beaches to the Rocky Mountains, we are building communities with a view.
