Over 8 acres located in Wildernest and surrounded by National Forest. Amenities included a clubhouse with pool and spas, picnic grounds and trail heads. This project was a mix of condominium buildings and 4-plex town homes. We were able to nestle the buildings within an existing old growth forest to preserve its unique setting. Unit sizes varied from 1,200 square feet to 2,400 square feet with an open floor plan, large kitchen and dining area adjacent to the living room, they are perfect for entertaining your guests.
