The Lodge is centrally located in Ten-mile Creek, downtown Frisco, and is minutes from three major ski areas. Amenities included a spa and lounge, radiant heat floors, elevator, ski lockers and underground parking. We were able to preserve an existing aspen grove in front and behind the building.

Our goals were to keep this low-maintenance by choosing more expensive exterior finishes with long warranties including EPDM roofing, Hardy Plank cement siding, Low-e windows, etc. Our interior finishes included knotty pine doors and trim, upgraded carpets, ceramic tile, granite counters, hand textured drywall, and upgraded lever door handles all as standard finishes. The lodge was completed in 2003 and was sold so quickly that we did not have time to enter it in the Parade of Homes.
