Views, views, views! Watch Hill is located in Wildernest and is surrounded by mountains with abundant trail systems and is minutes from two major ski areas.

This project was built within an existing sub-division. We were able to minimize the impact to existing homeowners by quickly building out. We worked with the community and were able to address their concerns, and, in fact, quite a few became our clients. This project was built and sold so quickly that we did have time to enter it in the Parade of Homes.
